Brandon sits at the confluence of four major highways, just east of Tampa, making it a easy commute to Tampa and surrounding areas. The Lee Roy Selmon Expressway provides direct access to MacDill Air Force Base and downtown Tampa from Brandon. A portal to Tampa International Airport is always a plus. Close to Gulf of Mexico beaches and Orlando and the world’s most-visited theme park in ninety minutes.

Brandon has a little of everything. The ever-growing community reflects diversity and forward motion, with a strong sense of community and history. Parks and green spaces abound, with outdoor tennis and basketball courts, skate parks, golf courses, bird-watching boardwalks, lakes for fishing and waterways for canoeing. Exercise facilities are nearly as prevalent as coffee shops. Restaurants, bistros, delis and cafés offer assorted cuisines in indoor and outdoor settings.

I lived in Brandon for over 6 years...I absolutely LOVE the city!
